The former Governor of Plateau State and Senator of the 7th and 8th Senate, Senator Joshua Dariye has congratulated Ven. Dr. Ephraim Gongden on his emergence as Bishop-elect Diocese of Jos, Plateau State. Senator Dariye applauded the Academic and religious Leader for his immense contributions to education and the Christendom through value addition and impact.
He expressed optimism that Ven. Dr. Ephraim Gongden whose journey into full ministry started over two decades ago will do exceptionally well having gathered experience and skills in evangelism and human relations over the Years. He said Ven. Dr. Ephraim Gongden has served numerous Institutions of learning (Secondary and Higher) as well as the Church meticulously in various capacities at different times.
He averred that the competence and capacity of Ven. Dr. Ephraim is not on doubt at all.He appreciated him for yielding himself to be used by God to impact humanity and the society through evangelism and academic teaching.
He prayed God to endow him with the needed wisdom, understanding and the unction to perform the duties of his new office to the glory of God and benefit of humanity.
He wished him a successful and impactful tenure as Bishop of Jos Diocese.
