BARRISTER CALEB MUTFWANG Youth Network celebrates Mr. Edmond Zungdet over his appointment as the Northern Zone Coordinator of the PDP Youth Forum.
Mr. Edmond Zungdet who until his appointment was the convener and pioneer chairman of BCM Youth Network, a Frontline youth group in support of Barr. Caleb Mutfwang’s aspiration for governor of Plateau State.
In a congratulatory message signed by the Plateau State Field Coordinator of BCM Youth Network Barr. J K Chris, he described Mr. Edmond Zungdet as a dogged and committed PDP member who has remained consistent over the years and has contributed so much to the youth participation in politics especially on the Plateau.

Also eulogizing the character of Mr. Edmond, a cross section of youths led by Helen Adewumi, congratulated him for this national recognition, saying they have always known him as a political strategist, a great mobilizer, upright and transparent politician and would work closely with him to ensure he succeeds.

While thanking them, Mr. Eddy as he is popularly known appreciated the youth, saying his appointment is an act of God and came to him as a surprise as he did not lobby for it, but is an opportunity for him to launch himself into National Politics. He also promised to continue to work with the youths and will also look for opportunities that will decongest the state polity and also propel them to the national stage.

The PDP Youth Forum (PYF) was officially certified by the PDP National Secretariat, Wadata Plaza on the 29th of June, 2022 to serve as a support group to sensitize, mobilize and campaign for the People’s Democratic Party candidates from President to State Houses of Assembly across the nation in the forth coming 2023 general elections.
While receiving the certificate from the office of the PDP National Youth leader, the National Coordinator of the PDP Youth Forum Comrade Jonathan Udofia promised to traverse the length and breadth of the country to galvanise support for all the PDP candidates in the country especially the presidential candidate H. E Alh. Atiku Abubakar and his vice H. E Governor Ifeanyi Okowa and to also ensure that power truly return to the people.

Mr. Udofia then gave a marching order to the two coordinators of North and Southern Nigeria to immediately proceed on nominating State Coordinators for the task ahead.

The members of the PDP Youth Forum as presently constituted has the following as the National Working Committee;

3. Princess Eweka – National Women leader
4. Prince Johnson Benedict – Southern Zone Coordinator
5. Hon. Edmond Zungdet – Northern Zone Coordinator
6. Comrade Peter Saturday – Media and Publicity

They have since been inaugurated and have commenced the process of voters sensitization.
