Fresh terror attacks on communities in Rigwe land, Bassa LG in which five persons were killed, 3 female and 1 male night of Monday 28/03/22 has been condemned by Senator I. D. Gyang of Plateau North.

The attack which targeted Nzhwerenvi and Kpara villages has again disrupted the relative peace in Plateau North Senatorial District says Senator Gyang.

The Senator is disheartened that the attacks and destruction of farm crops on Rigwe land are persisting despite assurances by the OPSH Military Security outfit deployed to arrest and stop terror attacks on communities in Plateau and neighboring Kaduna state.

Senator Gyang is urging the commander OPSH, Compol Plateau State Command, and other security heads in the state to take advantage of President Buhari’s clear order to Service Chiefs on Tuesday 29/03/22 not to spare anyone illegally carrying AK/47 to deal decisively with the evil men terrorizing Rigwe land and peace-loving communities of Plateau North.
