The rap mogul, Seemo the Black Czar today won the award for the Best Rap Artist In Middle Belt organized by “The Mayor’s Award” at Sarau Event Center, Jos.

Seemo was ably represented by His amiable wife and Mr Chamzy Bako who received the award on his behalf. Mr Chamzy said that the award has spurred Seemo to keep doing more until more rappers are raised from the middle belt.

The event which was the first edition had different artists, On air personalities amongst many invited guests. Music stars and movie stars who have made Jos Proud were awarded, life time achievement awards for people who laid the foundation for younger generation to build on were also recognized.

The famous, Baba Karkuzu of old was given a life time achievement, Osama , DJ Steeno, Sak Solo, Shanawa were amongst the old names who have toiled to put Plateau State amongst on the map of entertainment.
