The leader of the DVD Movement in Plateau State, Nde Victor David Dimka has congratulated the Former Chief of Staff to Governor Simon Bako Lalong on his birthday celebration.

He described the celebrant as a complete gentleman and politician who added so much value to the current government while in office.

Nde Victor David Dimka wishes Chief Dafaan many more fruitful years ahead as he also urged him to remain committed in his service to Plateau State.
