Plateau Youth Activist Comrade Pius Hoomen, on Sunday congratulated the Candidate of the All Progressive Congress APC Prof Nora Daddut on her victory in Saturday’s Southern Zone bye-election .

Hoomen , in a statement he signed and made available to newsmen in Jos, said he is confident of her ability to provide quality representation to Plateau south constituents.
