A six (6) year old girl (name withheld), was said to have been repeatedly, s*xually abused by her father at Abattoir, area of Jos, the capital of Plateau State.

According to our source(s), who happens to be an aunt to the little girl said, she got a call last week from some neighbours where the little girl and her father resides, telling her that her niece has been sick for some time now, adding that they noticed the little girl doesn’t walk normal.

However, when Becky a facebook user and a blogger contacted the aunt, she said; “ last week I got a call from my niece dad’s neighbours, telling me that my niece is suffering from an infection which is very bad and needs an urgent medical attention before it becomes too late. On reaching there, I noticed that the condition was critical because my niece private part was bringing out so much water accompanied with bad odour,” she added.

Meanwhile, the father refused to released the girl to her, claiming that he had taken her to the hospital already, which is not true. The aunt decided to take the little girl with her to Lamingo where she resides, another area in Jos.

The aunt interrogated her and she refused to talk. But after much persuasions, she later opened up to them. According to the little girl, that her father, who was identified as Carter Emmanuel, has been coming to her room at night, remove her pants, defile her and threatened her that if she shouts or tells anyone, he would kill her.

It was however revealed that perhaps, the man has been having carnal knowledge of the little girl since she came back from her mother’s place in Abuja to stay with him, which was since February, 2020.

When the girl was taken to the hospital, the doctor told them after some tests were carried out, that it was not an infection as they thought but rather, someone has been having s*x with her, adding that it has already touched her intestine.

The doctor however,  subsequently advised them to involve the police in the matter, so they did.

We were also told that, when Mr. Carter was questioned by the police after several torture, he admitted to the crime, but claimed he did it under the influence of alcohol.

We also gathered that the girl’s mother was never married to the girl’s father, that the pregnancy was outside wedlock.

Mr. Carter Emmanuel, the father of the victim, who was alleged to have committed the heinous crime of defiling his daughter, was later arrested and he is currently under police custody at Anglo Jos Police Station, Jos Plateau state, while the girl is currently receiving treatment and recovering fast.
