COVID-19: Mees Palace Jos Complies With Govt Directive, Shuts Down Cinema, Restaurant Operational

Lovers of movies and entertainment in Plateau State seems to be bored now as the popular entertainment hub in Jos, Mees palace cinema shut down it cinema and other entertainment spots following government directive as regards to the COVID-19 Pandemic.

The management of Mees Palace has stopped work for its over 45 staff in compliance with the directive of Plateau state Government on business restriction and social distancing.

Mr Emmanuel Adukwu in a chat with Farmhouse reporters on inspection of facilities complying with Government orders said “We shut down the cinema, shut down the academy and closed the children games arcade.

We have kept open just the kitchen providing food in take away packs for our numerous guests who still come in in trickles to take their food and snacks out.” He said.

Mees palace is also ensuring personal hygiene is observed as they also provide soap and running water as well as hand sanitizers to ensure the few client who come in stay safe.
