In his pursuit of excellence in education, the Member Representing Barkin Ladi/Riyom Federal Constituency Plateau State, Hon. Simon Mwadkwon, PhD has donated brand-new computer sets to the pupils and students of Mount Carmel schools, Jos the Plateau State capital.

Rep. Dr. Simon Mwadkwon who was represented by his wife, Mrs Diana Mwadkwon, made delivery of the ten computers on behalf of her husband, the Federal Lawmaker to the school authorities yesterday, October 21, 2019.

The Federal Lawmaker charged the students to believe in themselves, pursue excellence for they are the leaders of tomorrow. The highly spirited Member who spoke through his wife admonished the pupils and students to use the computers to improve and simplify learning.

“To be academically competitive, students must key into the global trends of eLearning and innovative reasoning even at college levels” the Legislator added.

The school authorities through their Representative appreciated the kind gesture of the Lawmaker and promised that the systems will be deployed to meet the objective they were meant for. The Representative said they will review their maintenance culture to ensure that the computers are used effectively.
