As the Berom Educational and Cultural Organisation (BECO) National Election draws nearer, Candidates have emerged to contest for the various national offices.

One of those screened and contesting for the position of National Auditor is an Accounting Graduate of the Prestigious University of Jos, a Professional Accountant, a Fellow of the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN), Member Institute of Treasury Management, and the Director of Finance & Supplies Plateau State Civil Service Commission, Ngo Rose David Jugu.

Ngo Rose said she is ready to bring her wealth of experience and skills towards taking the Organisation to enviable heights. She also promised to ensure that income generation and expenditures are done in accordance to the Constitution of the organisation and books of accounts are kept properly to meet global best standards.

MEET NGO ROSE DAVID JUGU, NATIONAL AUDITOR CANDIDATE BEROM EDUCATIONAL AND CULTURAL ORGANISATION (BECO)

FAMILY BACKGROUND:

Ngo Rose David Jugu was born to the family of Late Da Rondong Chollom and Late Ngo kachollom Rondong of Gassa in Ropp District of Barkin Ladi Local Govt Area of Plateau State on 17th August, 1971.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:

She started her elementary education at Gassa Ekan school from 1978 to 1983, Govt College Jengre from 1984 to 1990, had her Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the Prestigious University of Jos from 2003 to 2007, Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN) 2011/2012.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

She started work as a Clerk with Ministry of Finance in the year 1991 and rose through the ranks.
She worked with Finance and Salary Dept, posted to Deputy Governor’s Office, later to Pension Board, and Ministry of Justice in 2007. She was also posted to SSG office as Accountant other charges. In 2015 she was posted to Disability Commission as Auditor and 2016 posted to Civil Service Commission as Director of Finance and Supplies (DFS) as a Professional Accountant.

Ngo Rose David Jugu is married to Mr Bitrus David Jugu of Bachi District in Riyom Local Government Area of Plateau State and they are blessed with two Children. She is also a farmer and a business woman who have travelled to many countries for business and Official assignments.

Presently, she is the Director of Finance and Supplies (DFS) Civil Service Commission.

PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIP:

-She is a Fellow of the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN)

-Member Institute of Treasury Management.

Ngo is committed to human capital development by assisting many youth and less privileged academically, in terms of skills acquisition and those starting up new businesses.
She has also assisted the Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in many ways.

She will bring her wealth of experience, skills, competence, abilities and credibility to bear as a Professional Accountant if elected as BECO National Auditor.
