Rt. Hon. George Daika Guber Ambition Records Momentous Endorsements in Bassa, Riyom and Jos South LGAs

As the gubernatorial ambition of Rt. Hon. George Edwards Daika continue to garner momentum, the PDP in Bassa, Riyom and Jos South LGAs have separately endorsed the aspiration of the Former Speaker PLHA and Member House of Representatives Shendam/Qua’anpan/Mikang Federal Constituency, Rt. Hon. George Edwards Daika for a safer, United, greater, better, stronger and prosperous Plateau State.

Rt. Hon. George Daika who was warmly received in the mentioned Local Government Areas said he is humbled and honored by the show of love by the people.

Rt. Hon. Daika told the delegates that their decisions as delegates would shape, reposition the State or mar the development of the State.

You must insist on credibility, competence and integrity, he posited.

“Many today are displaced because of the insensitivity and irresponsibility of the present government.”

“We must unite to fight the security challenges bedevilling the State.”

“God gives leadership and if given the opportunity, we would ensure a safer Plateau State where people will coexist and relationships would be strengthened and investments attracted.”

“If would be fulfilled if I can achieve peace and security in the State if elected.”

“I would concentrate on massive infrastructural development to ensure the bad roads we came through are given attention.”

“As a House of Representatives Member, I got over N700Million which I utilized on projects across Shendam, Qua’anpan and Mikang LGAs.”

“My life is that of impacting the lives of others and that is why many feel I am not wealthy. The people are my wealth and we would ensure justice prevails at all times.”

“Pray for me, PDP, Plateau State and Nigeria for prosperity but if you feel I will disappoint you, don’t vote for me.”

“Go for people with integrity and great track records in order to have a greater, stronger, better and safer Plateau State where human lives and property of the citizens are protected as enshrined in the Constitution.”

“I will pursue good governance and respect for the rule of law.”

“Plateau State is at a critical moment and needs a person of integrity who would pursue the collective interest of the people devoid of external interference and parochialism.”

“We need someone who would align with the needs and interest of the people”

In Riyom LGA, he said he is a son of the soil having had his education on Berom land.

My investment are in Berom land, Beromland made me who I am, Rt. Hon. Daika said.

Today I am home and glad to be home, he maintained.

Mikang LGA has be solely PDP and we would remain stronger in the party.

My focus is to ensure peaceful coexistence irrespective of ethnic, tribal, religious and political inclinations.

The destiny of Plateau State is in the hands of delegates and so are the destinies of our children.

I am not wealthy to buy your votes, you are my wealth.

Let us continue to love one another and remain steadfast in God.

He said a minute silence be observed for those who lost their lives.

The women leader endorsed Rt. Hon. George Daika and that was unanimously approved and said she is sure he will be a Governor for the poor.
We will not disappoint you on the day of the Primaries.

Chairman of the Elders’ Forum said the people of Riyom have spoken to support Rt. Hon. Daika.
She said his victory is sure.

She said she is sure he would not disappoint the State.

Chairman PDP Riyom LGA, Hon. Davou Baget said the people of Riyom have endorsed Rt. Hon. Daika and he wish him well in the election.

In Jos South LGA, he said he is a Resident of the area and has done things that are beneficial to the people such as provision of portable drinking water to his host community.

He said the destiny of Plateau State is in God’s hands and that of the delegates.

He said it is left for them to decide who they want to be their flagbearer and Governor.

He said he can’t do with the people and they remain very vital to the society and polity.

He said if the delegates feel he is the best, he should be supported and in so doing he will not disappoint them.

He said integrity is his watch word and would ensure Plateau State returns to the path of peace and prosperity.

The PDP Executives of Jos South said they are hearing of gubernatorial aspirants but Rt. Hon. Daika remains the best.

They unanimously endorsed him as their aspirant saying he is the most suitable and credible at this critical time.
