Today a youth group christened Plateau Progressive Youth have called on Senator Jonah David Jang to contest for the presidency of Federal Republic of Nigeria.

They made their position known in an open letter to him tagged “Request to Vie for the Office of President Federal Republic of Nigeria, duly signed by its Chairman and Secretary, Emmanuel Lohpon and Mark Doyo Wulengme respective during a visit to the State PDP Secretariat.

The youth in the letter said they totally believe in the personality, especially doggedness, resilience and commitment to service to humanity.

They said they will give him the much needed supports by mobilizing youths across the State and North-Central should he choose to vie for the position of the President on account of his wealth of experience.
