Plateau Regeneration group commends Lalong for donating 53 security vehicles to security operatives

Plateau Regeneration Group on Thursday commended the Plateau state governor Simon Lalong for    donating 53 security vehicles equipped with communication gadgets to security operatives  as part of efforts to stem the tide of attacks in the state.

The group in a statement signed by its President Barrister Katlong Danbaba and made available to newsmen in Jos  reads that ” like always Gov  Lalong has proven that he is determined to protect the citizens of the state and ensure that the perpetrators  of the attacks in some communities in the state are brought to book .

Gov Lalong has proven to the people of the state that he is  determined to ensure lasting peace in Plateau with this effort .

“I call on the people of the state not to play politics  with security ”

“Our governor Simon Lalong needs to be supported  “.

“The Rescue administration of Gov Lalong is delivering on its mandate on peace ,security and good governance which is the first of the five policy thrust of his administration”

“Gov Lalong is moving on the right direction and we call on him to continue the good work he is doing in the state”

“As a group we  emphasise the need for intensified vigilance and community participation towards lasting peace. ”

“we call on   security agents to partner with the state in order to ensure lasting peace in Plateau and to bring to book the perpetrators of the killings in the state”

 The group also called on the people of the state to continue to support the Lalong led adminstration at all times as it is determined to better the lives of citizens of the state.
