Plateau PDP Chairman abducted by gunmen.

Gunmen suspected to be kidnappers on Wednesday evening struck on the Kafanchan- Abuja high way and abducted the PDP Chairman in Plateau State, Damishi Sango.

The former Minister was said to have left Jos around 2pm en route to Abuja for the party’s National Convention when the incident happened

It was gathered that the gunmen who forced the PDP chairman’s car to a stop, later abandoned the Jeep on the road and whisked him and his driver to an unknown destination

Since then,neither him nor his driver has been seen.

The Police is yet to make any public statement on the abduction but the State Publicity Secretary of the PDP Plateau State John Akans KSM confirmed the incident with Abbadu PM News in Jos on Thursday

The Publicity Secretary who condemned the act called on the security agencies to ensure unconditional and safe release of the State party chairman and his Driver.
