In his opening remark, the Director General, Plateau State Contributory Health Management Agency Dr Agabus Mannaseh charged the staff of the agency to prioritize the development of the work force which is a very strong backbone to the successes of the agency, adding that employee development, wellbeing and diversity is key. He stressed that by fostering the culture of inclusivity and continuous learning the PLASCHEMA team is empowered, adding that they must ensure that workforce is empowered in ensuring the success of the 2024 Organizational Development Plan.
He urged them to also come up with a strategic-implementation-plan and timelines for the effective delivery of all that will be planned for 2024. He called on them to embrace change, celebrate successes and learn from the challenges of the outgoing year.
Speaking to Journalists shortly after the event, the DG scored the agency high on the implementation performance of the 2023 Orgaqnizational Plan, with an over 70% success, adding that more will be done to improve on the indices going into 2024.
