Member Representing Jos South/ Jos East Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives Abuja Reps Hon. Dachung Musa Bagos has urged his constituents and entire Plateau citizens who have yet to collect their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) from INEC to do so within the available time.
Bagos made the call in a Press Statement he issued to Journalists in Jos on Thursday.
The Reps Member who is also the 2023 Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Candidate for Jos South/Jos East Federal Constituency appealed to the electorate to ensure they collect their PVCs to enable them to elect candidates of their choice in the 2023 general elections.
Bagos, a Vibrant youth representative challenged Nigerians and particularly youths not to shy away from their civic responsibility as patriotic citizens, equating having PVC to living a life.
He appealed to prospective voters to collect their PVCs to complement their eagerness of participating in the forthcoming polls.
“I use this occasion to call on all eligible voters, and particularly those who have since registered to go and collect their PVCs at various Collection Areas outlined by INEC and to Place voting in an election as their civic responsibility. They should go and collect PVCs, anybody who has registered and didn’t collect his PVCs to vote in an election has not shown patriotism”.
“It is not enough you are showing support, and love and you want your candidate to win. You must first of all go and collect your PVC”
Bagos expressed displeasure over a poor collection of PVCs in Plateau as mentioned by the INEC office in the State.
The green chamber candidate also urged Nigerians to conscientiously deploy their PVCs and return PDP to power.
Bagos pleaded with Plateau Citizens and Nigerians to vote for PDP, saying a vote for the PDP would bring an end to poverty, hunger, unemployment, and other ills associated with the APC administration.
