The Senate Minority Leader and Senator representing the hospitable People of Plateau North, Sen. Simon Mwadkwon PhD has congratulated the Ngas Nation on the auspicious occasion of the 2023 Puusdung Cultural Festival which Grand Finale is holding today 7th October, 2023 at the Pankshin Mini Stadium Pankshin Local Government Area, Plateau State.

In a congratulatory message signed by his Director of Media and Publicity, Friday Bako the Senator described the socio-cultural festival as a very significant celebration that showcases the rich cultural heritage of the Ngas Nation and called for the sustainability considering its unity component. He said the Ngas Nation must do its best to bequeath sustainable legacies to its unborn generations and ensure that its rich culture doesn’t go into extinction.
The Senator commended the Ngas Nation for its immense contributions to the unity, peace and development of Plateau State and the Nation at large.
“The Ngas Nation has continued to play critical roles in the development of Plateau State and Nigeria at large. Ngas Nation has produced prominent Leaders (Military, Political, Religious and Traditional) who have made/still making the State and Nation proud”

The Senator acknowledged the remarkable impacts of the Ngas Nation to Nation building. He called on Ngas illustrious Sons and Daughters both at Home and in the Diaspora to be good Ambassadors of the Ngas Nation, continue on the path of value addition to the Ngas Nation and contribute their quota to the unity, progress and development of the State and Nation.
