Women wing of CAN awards VPN reporter D.M Longgul, Rev.Bewwarang, El-Buba, Justice Kyentu and others

The women wing of Christian Association of Nigeria (WOWICAN) today at the NBTT hall Jos presented awards of recognition to 10 distinguish personalities for their contribution to the association. Personalities awarded today are Rev Dr Soja J. Bewarang, Prophet Isa El-Buba, Pastor Mrs Choice El-Buba, Dr John Babalola, Hon. Justice Julia Asabe Kyentu, Mrs Elizabeth Azizi Ajegena, Dr Gloria Samdi Pauldi Barr. Mary Abah Izam (chairperson of FIDA plateau state) Mr Peter Ochigbo, Mr Jeftha Jackden (GM PRTV) and viewpoint Nigeria’s Reporter Longgul Dakwom.

Presenting the Award to Longgul Dakwom, the Chairperson of WOWICAN AMB. Rhoda Jiwul appreciated VPN Reporter for 3 years of commitment to the service of the association in the area of media and publicity. The chairperson appreciates the sacrifice in the service of the association. While responding, Longgul Dakwom appreciated the women Wing for recognizing him however, he appreciated the CEO of ViewPointNigeria Dr Chinan Dikwal for providing the platform which encourages service above monetary gains.

The Chairperson of WOWICAN Plateau State Amb. Rhoda Jiwul announced the PROJECT SAFE HOME of the WOWICAN plateau state, a home for the displaced and homeless. The chairperson calls on philanthropist and spirited individuals to donate `for the project.

The immediate Chairman of CAN and a Former President of COCIN Rev Dr Soja Bewarang appreciated the women for recognizing him stressing that since after the demise of his wife, he did not honour any public function but for women wing whom he describes as “dare to his heart”. Other award recipients took time to appreciate the leadership of WOWICAN with the promise that the Award will spur them to do more for the advancement of the kingdom of Christ through WOWICAN.
