Wizkid’s ‘Made In Lagos’ to finally drop on July 16.

On June 30, 2020, Nigerian superstar, Wizkid took to his Instagram account to give a Jay Z-esque vote of thanks to everyone who supposedly worked on his long-awaited album, ‘Made In Lagos.’

The “socco” hitmaker revealed this to his fans in a coded message he left on his instastory last night detailing the release date for the album,after giving a round of thanks to everyone who worked on the album he wrote “16/7”.

Made in Lagos’ will be Wizkid’s fourth album.

His previous albums are after ‘Sounds from the Other Side’ (2016), ‘Ayo’ (2014) and ‘Superstar’ (2011).

Starboy, as he is fondly called, also shared the news on his Twitter account.

His tweet reads, “Finally done! So you know what that means!” This came after he wrote, “I (‘ve) been working on my album and my spirit.”

He also wrote, “Very happy for growth and God’s guidance. I love my scars more than ever.”

Made in Lagos’ will be Wizkid’s fourth album.
