Unijos inducts 86 Medical Lab scientist, as prof Tyoden bags an award for establishing the department .

The University of Jos, Department of Medical Laboratory science held its 5th induction / Oath taking ceremony of 86 newly qualified medical Laboratory scientists.
Present in the event include the commissioner of science and tech Hon Dan Manjang, commissioner of education both secondary and tertiary, Hon Silas Vem, Sir Tosan Erahbor (acting Registrar medical Lab council of Nigeria )

The head of department professor Damen James while addressing the gathering announce the confinement of an award to the deputy governor of plateau state Prof. Sonny Tyoden for establishing the department during his tenure as vice Chancellor.
The Vice Chancellor charge the inductees to “serve humanity first before money”. He express satisfaction for seeing the full accreditation of the department among many. And promise that by next year the land scape of the university of Jos will Change ,the Vice Chancellor also announces that the university combine convocation to hold 29 of June 2019.

Sir Tosan Erahbor (acting Registrar medical Lab council of Nigeria ) hands over to the vice chance the statues of full accreditation to the department for a Period of five years.
