Restoration is the process of bringing an object back to its original state. In the event where things got deteriorated and decay became eminent,there is an urgent need to restore things back the way they are. This explain the reason for this write-up.

The National cake;Is it actually a national cake?well,let’s see.
Many Nigerians strive in politics just to get their own share of the national cake,this simply means not only partaking in the distribution of the resources available to the nation but looting what would have been for all for personal agrandisement. I have heard a lot about the sharing of the national cake,but is it actually a cake?

It’s no longer a national cake,its now a package water where those who lay their hands on it easily convey it to their homes without any hitch. If it were a cake,then in the process of cutting the cake,particles drop and ants/other insects rush to partake. it does not matter where the ant comes from but as long as the ant is under the table,it gets its own share.

Things have gone bad in this country and plateau state.our politicians no longer share national cake but”package water”.they only allow those who are part of them to drink from the package water and in the process of drinking,once the water pour to the ground,it becomes a waste bcos no even an ant can drink it. Their”house help”rush with moping sticks to clean it up. This is what happens in Nigeria today,the poor have no access to the wealth gathered by greedy politicians. The masses who are the electorates ,suffer in the hands of the people who are suppose to distribute these resources equitable to them.

Let me explain further;if a commissioner in a state for instance,get ten million naria(#10,000,000.00) and decided to go to his/her LGA and construct a clinic,the architect and the site engineer get paid,masons are hired from the community,they get paid,labourers also work and get paid .The engineer buy fuel at the end ,the fuel station gets money,the labourer climb a bike and pay,likewise the mason go the market and buy tomatoes,grains and other items,the market women get paid. This is how wealth trickle down to the common man.but when that commissioner,go and lodge that money,in his or her account and use it for personal gain,what happen to the common man?he/she only use that money for his immediate family and the poor keep living in hunger.

Nigeria is in servitude in her own fatherland.the so-called politicians will never allow us get there because no one will pay homage to them again tomorrow if all get liberated,this is WICKEDNESS.

Why the RESTORATION MOVEMENT on the plateau come 2023?the visions of our founding fathers has not be attained completely over time.

Going down the history vile of plateau,from the time of the legendary J.D.Gomwalk till this day,many successive governments has come and gone,yet we have little or nothing to show as a people.
Those successive govt’s try their best to bring back the lost Glory of plateau state but have not been able to that fully. From late Baba Solomon Lar to the present Rescue administration on the plateau,all did their part in the development of plateau state,but there is a need for a Total Restoration of the lost Glory of plateau state.
What we see mostly over the years is,individuals enrich themselves at the expense of the state.what happen to the vision late J.D.Gomwalk laid down for plateau state?our people are being impoverish on daily basis and they live from hand to mouth. There is an urgent need for a Total Restoration of plateau state.PLATEAU must rise again.
This is what revealed the PLATEAU VISION 2023 tagged”RESTORATION 2023″of HON MANJI GONTORI.

Is Gontori going to be different from other politicians?are politicians not all the same? We sweet talk whenever we need power ,lay down beautiful ideas(Ideologies)and bring out the best of manifestoes,but once elected into office,we become monsters.our believes(ideologies) are kept aside.our attention is shifted to what do I get at the end not what do we get as a people. I have seen”goal post shifted in the middle of the game” just to ensure looting in the broad day light. At this material time,those who brought up the perfect ideas of development are pushed aside,new faces takes over and like the biblical “Ahitophel” advised to the contrary. Like”Tobias and Sanbalat” of old,they gather around and say,you cannot change anything,you can’t build the broken walls that has completely been ruined,get what you want and go.we have been into this game for long,so don’t kill yourself Mr Governor,they so advised.
This sad rethorics have made it extremely difficult for the electorates to trust any politician.do I blame them(including me)?,No.
So,will Gontori be any different?why drumming support for this man GONTORI to take over the leadership of the state come 2023? What assurance does plateau people have?

Yes,I can say Gontori will be different. I have watch him say and do proving that a politician can actually be different in the midst of this decay going on in our political fora.
I can confidently tell plateau people that what has endeared me to this vibrant,visionary and selfless leader,Hon Manji Gontori is his PASSION towards making plateau a better place for all. I have never heard him talk about how to amass wealth but rather how to distribute wealth.

But,what if Gontori get to Govt house come 2023 and dance to the tune of the old song?It’s simple,some of us have vowed that if Gontori gets to govt house come 2023 and become a sycophant and will completely derail from what we have seen in him now,we will come out to tell him to his face and the whole world that this is not what plateau people bargain for. Gone are those days where people keep quiet just to serve tables.it has become a recurrent decimal,people remain mute just for their stomach,we are tired! We must rise and say NO to this decay.

PLATEAU,this is the time to rise and take our destinies in our hands.Gontori has shown that he has plateau at heart.our drive is”one for all and all for one”everything becomes”ours” not “mine” any more.it will no longer be “yours”but “ours”.it will be our plateau where all will participate from the lowest to the topmost in the development process of our dear state.

I have not come to make the noise politicians make as usual,but I come with a genuine concern for the RESTORATION OF PLATEAU STATE COME 2023. It’s our collective journey and we must unite to bring back the PLATEAU of our dream.
Let’s give HON MANJI GONTORI the chance to make plateau great again,where people are free in their land,enjoying the resources meant for all and bringing to bare the 21st century developmental strides that will put plateau ahead of others in the world map.

Our vision is to bring the PLATEAU that our hero’s left for us for all to succeed and live in peace and tranquility.

2023 is the time for the bringing forth of the children of plateau.
