The Tarok Community in Jos, at the weekend, endorsed the Senator representing Plateau South, Jeremiah Useni, to vie for the governorship position in Plateau State under the PDP.

The community also appealed to other aspirants of the PDP to shelve their ambitions for Useni in the interest of the state.

The group made its position through one of its leaders in Jos, Sohnan Nden, after being hosted by Useni at his residence in Jos.

Nden journalists that Useni had informed them that if elected, he would re-position the state, fight corruption and promised to ensure effective and just utilisation of public funds.
