Senator I. D. Gyang of Plateau North and Deputy Chairman Senate Committee on Defence has added another colourful feather to his cap just three days after emerging DAILY ASSET Newspaper “Legislator of the Year.”

This time, the People’s Senator is Plateau “Senator of the Year”. This is a testament of the display of legislative excellence, result oriented, impact making representation.

The Plateau Man of the Year Awards is a product of public opinion poll that subjected the nominees to public rating and scrutiny by which Senator Gyang’s rating was beyond contention befitting the award.

In his acceptance speech, Senator Gyang dedicated the award to God and the cause driven people of Plateau state. He said he will continue to be a voice for unity, equity, prosperity, and the growth of Plateau North Senatorial District and Nigeria as a whole.

The People’s Senator said constructive management of diversity will bring peace and unity and assured the People that the best is yet to come.
