SENATOR GYANG FLAGS OFF THE CONSTRUCTION OF 90 MARKET STALLS AT VWANG, JOS SOUTH

Senator I. D. Gyang on the 30th June 2021, flagged off the foundation laying of ninety (90) shops in Vwang Central Market, Jos South LGA.

The ceremony kickstarted with a courtesy call on the Gwom Rwey Vwang and his traditional council to seek for their royal blessing and unveil the good news.

The monarch, Da Balak G. Gyang in his response appreciated the Senator saying, “We are indeed blessed to witness days when promises are made and fulfilled. Senator I. D. Gyang has proven himself to be a man of integrity. Vwang District gave the Senator support and we are glad that he is paying back with good works. This structure will have a huge impact on our people’s economic activities, it will better the experience of our marketers”

The Senator who was ably represented by his Chief of Staff Mr. Pam Bot who observed a minute silence to honour late Gwom Fwil who departed to glory before unveiling the purpose of the visit.

The Chairman, Vwang Market Committee Da Pam B. Dalyop appreciated the gesture of the Plateau North legislator saying “Vwang will live to appreciate this day in history”.

The handlers of the project assured the community of building to specifications. The shops comprise ten (10) lock up stalls and eighty (80) open stalls.
