Communities in Plateau North constituency has commended senator Gyang Nyam Pwajok, for delivering projects that have direct impact in the lives of people in his constituency. They gave the commendation on Wednesday at the commissioning of projects executed by the senator in the six local governments across his constituency.
Speaking at Angware, Jos East LGA, during the commissioning of one of the town halls sponsored by the senator, the chairman of the council Brigadier General Ishaya Abok, (retired), says the quality of jobs executed by GNS PWAJOK as part of his constituency projects is commendable.
The retired General praised the Senator for working tirelessly within a short period in bringing development to his people, “Without fear of God and commitment from the part of the Senator projects like this will not have come to stream.” He said.
The Senior legislative assistant to the senator Mr. Abe Aku, explained that the senator on assuming office two and a half years ago was committed in providing key infrastructure to his constituency despite the challenges, adding that it was in consonance with the redemption program of the past administration in the state.
Aku further disclosed that the senator would go beyond erecting the town halls spread across key communities in the six local governments, but will also meet with relevant stakeholders to set up a team that would manage the town halls.
Speaking on behalf of the Senator, Arch. YILJI GOMWALK, said the commendation received from the communities is an endorsement of the Senator efforts in touching lives. “it gladdens my heart that the senator efforts is being appreciated by the benefiting communities”.
Adding that he was honored to be giving the privilege to commission the projects. “I am highly honored to be part of this laudable achievements, I will forever remain grateful to the senator for the honor and privilege he gave me to commission this projects on his behalf, he said.
