The former Senate President and presidential aspirant under the People Democratic Party (PDP) Bukola Saraki says the choice of Leadership Nigerians make in 2023 is critical to the nation’s economic development. He stresses that Education and Health will be a major priority if elected as president.

He said this while addressing the party’s delegates in Jos, Plateau State, ahead of the forthcoming primaries.
Saraki said North Central should be allowed to produce the next president, saying that “by the grace of Allah, we will make history for the first time.”
Saraki berates the situation that education and health is relegated to the lowest, ” How can our professors continue to suffer, we shall make sure our universities compete with other world University and we must ensure free Heath for all”
The situation in Nigeria requires urgent action; the rate of poverty has risen. Therefore, Nigeria needs a president who understands the economy, a president that can unite all Nigerians. We need a president that is bold, energetic, courageous and dynamic,” he said.
The State PDP Chairman, Plateau State, Hon. Hassan Adakuchil Chris said it is a welcome Home for Saraki because of his role first, as a candidate form central Nigeria and second Because of his important role in the stability of Plateau PDP
