The Deputy Speaker Plateau State House of Assembly who is the member representing the good people of Dengi constituency, Rt Hon Saleh Shehu Yipmong alongside his kantana counterpart, Hon Bala Noma attends the burial of salaman Kanam. Other notable personalities include Prof SMG Kanam (The Jagaban), Shuaibu Gyangyang, Alh Nuhu Musa Gyambari (APC Chairman Kanam), Alh Danlami Muhammed (Madakin Kantana), Alh Ibrahim Musa Sale (former commissioner for mineral and natural resources), Hon Shuaibu S Gumsher ( former PKK aspirant) amongst other notable personalities, sympathized with the immediate family of Alh Danjuma Shehu (Sallaman Kanam and member of Kanam traditional council), Khimphi community, Kanam Emirate council and constituents who lost their love ones to the cold hand of death.

The Deputy Speaker while delivering the condolence message on behalf of the entourage and the good people of Dengi constituency, described the late sallaman Kanam as a pious man, ambassador of truth, a hospitable father man and a bridge builder. He further says the desist is a humble leader whose philosophy is easily understood because of his firm stand on the side of truth and justice. With total submission to the will of Allah, he enjoins the immediate family of the late sallaman Kanam to accept his death as a will of God and in good faith, he urge them to seek patience through prayers while they see the inevitability of death as our sure way which even the unborn are being targeted by. He prayed for the reposed of his soul and the fortitude to bear the irreplaceable lost.

While responding on behalf of the family of the deceased, the Emir of Kanam and chairman Kanam traditional council HRH Alh (Dr) Muhammad Muazu Muhammad || recounts the good experience he had with the late as one of his member of the traditional council whom have been supportive and wisdom oriented. He equally asert that the late have indeed leave a vacuum. He prayed with the entourage for the reposed of the soul of the deceased and for their safe return while he expressed confidence on the deputy speaker for quality representation as he always identify with the constituents and urge him to continue on the part for it will take him far.

The deputy speaker also sympathized with family Alh Ado Makaniki who pass on two days ago amongst other bereaved families. He prayed with the family of the deceased and doles out cash as he depart amidst cheers.

Finally, Rt Hon Yipmong attends the wedding ceremony of Buhari Zakari who got married today. He urge the groom to always be a patient man while wishing him a very happy home.
