The Wife of the Executive Governor of Plateau State, Her Excellency Mrs. Regina Lalong, is deeply grieved by the news of the gruesome murder of Plateau children, women and men in the wake of the attack that took place in Gashish District and other communities of the Northern Zone of Plateau State by the heartless and wicked people that do not mean well for our State.

Her Excellency strongly condemns this barbaric act which to say the least is satanic; because no man has the right to take the life of another.

The Wife of the Executive Governor of Plateau State while standing with all peace loving people of Plateau in condemnation of this unfortunate attack seeks to return Plateau to the dark days, she wishes to call on all citizens of the State and especially mothers of the land to join forces in prayers to God Almighty for the exposure of the sponsors and perpetrators of this dastardly act within our society.

Her Excellency pleads with all citizens of Plateau not to allow the unfortunate situation in which the State has found itself to justify the sowing of seeds of discord with the raising of arms against each other.

Mrs Regina Lalong extends her heartfelt condolence to the families of those who lost their loved ones in the wake of the attack and prays for the speedy recovery of all the injured.
