Premium Youth Network, a Jos based youth group has issued a press release backing Solomon Dalung’s nomination and calling on Plateau Youths to disregard any protest call against the nomination of Barr. Solomon Dalung as minister.

Speaking to PLATEAU NEWS, Jesse Nanden Zwalda, team leader of Premium Youth Network said Barr. Solomon Dalung should be celebrated by the youths as a mentor on fairness and justice. “He lived a life of total service to his God and humanity” he said. “You can’t bribe him with power or wealth to keep him mute while you carry on with anti-people agenda. He was appointed by President Goodluck Jonathan as a federal SURE-P coordinator, Plateau South yet this man wasn’t mute when Jonathan derailed in providing good leadership to the masses. Dalung was still serving as an appointee of Jonathan yet he fought for change without fear of losing his position” he stated.

Jesse went on to urge Plateau people mostly especially the youths to show support to Solomon Dalung by mobilizing the state’s three senators to enormously endorse the nomination come 13th October, 2013.

He further said there are over a 1000 appointments to be made by Mr President between now and 15th December, 2015 and Plateau people should start lobbying for juicy parastatals rather than fighting the nomination of Barr Solomon Dalung.
