In his remarks, the president of the Joint Campus Committee Mr. Promise Yatu said that they were leading a major campaign for the APC because they were not comfortable with the PDP led government.

He also took a swipe on the current government for neglecting the educational sector –he said “I’m telling you without fear that this government is an irresponsible government. We therefore must fight for change and liberate our future.

The injustice, impunity, nepotism and tribalism are unbearable”. According to the speaker of the Plateau state Youth Parliament, “The time to speak the Truth has come. We want to see how best we can give support for Lalong and Tyoden based on equity, fairness and justice.

Both of them have served excellently in different leadership positions”. The meeting was well attended by comrades, student-leaders and Youth-leaders.
