The Nigeria Union Journalists (NUJ), Plateau State Council joins other well wishers to celebrate the Executive Governor of Plateau State, His Excellency Simon Bako Lalong as he clocks 58 years.

“The NUJ identifies with you on this auspicious occasion of the anniversary of your birth.

The NUJ in a Press Statement signed and issued by the State Chairman Mr Paul Jatau and Secretary Peter Amine said Lalong uncommon attributes and leadership skills which include humility, discipline and tolerance is worthy of emulation by other leaders.

“Your disposition and commitment to entrench lasting peace in Plateau especially now that the nation is engulfed in all forms of insecurity is commendable.

“The Union finds your resolve to complete projects initiated by your predecessors as exemplary. The NUJ wishes to encourage you to continue to strive to improve on the state infrastructure for the good of Plateau people.

“We are particularly happy as one of the beneficiaries of your legacies, as we are about to occupy our Secretariat remodelled by your administration.

“Your Execllency, on behalf journalists on the Plateau, the NUJ wishes you a very happy birthday.
