Plateau Governorship Aspirant Dr. Godfrey Bawa Shitgurum tour 17 LGC canvass for delegates ahead of Sunday Primaries.

One out of the 13 Governorship Aspirants under the Peoples Democratic Party PDP in Plateau State Dr. Godfrey Bawa Shitgurum has on the last count tour the 17 Local Government of the state and pledge to ensure permanent Peace in Plateau state towards resettlement of all displaced communities as well as also built back destroyed House for farmers.

The tour is coming barely two days to the PDP Governorship primaries in the state.

He said he will if elected as Governor he will ensure the recovery of all Plateau communities under foreign occupation and address all cases of community injustice and criminality.

While speaking with delegates of Southern Zone of Plateau State to include Quapa’an, Shendam, Mikang, Langtang South, Langtang North and Wase LGCs respectively Shitgurum expressed sadness on the failure of the APC government in the state under Governor Simon Lalong.

“I was part of those who sponsored to ensure that Governor Lalong was elected because of Plateau Project, but, but he has not meet up to the standard of a Plateau Man, we will take over from him to provide Plateau Man needs, Peace, Education, Health and Agriculture”.

According to him he will reorganise Operation Rainbow which is a Plateau State Homeland security as well as create Plateau Security surveillance Centre drone Technology surveillance.

“want to assure you that, if given the opportunity to governed Plateau state, my government will do everything necessary to address the security challenges of this state in a responsible and effective manner.

“As an international Businessman with experience i will partner with NESCO to imrpove power supply to Plateau and the proposed free trade zone and also rebuild the Jos Main Market and replicate the same model across the state.

However the campaign team of Dr. Shitgurum had earlier visited the palace of the Acting Nglong Ngas, His Royal Highest Nda Long Mhiship of Mhiship Chiefdom Wesley Mulak the 3rd in Pankshin where the monarch appealed that they should not deceived them and and citizens of the state again as witness mostly by Politicians.

Bawa also proceeded to the office of the Long Pan and Chairman Qua’an Pan Traditional Council H.R.H Nda Emmanuel Dabang (JP) and was given the blessings as well advised to avoid politics of bitterness.

At the Ponzhi Taroh Palace where the joint Taroh Traditional Council received by the representative of the Ponzhi Taroh, the Madakin Langtang, H.R.H Daniela Lang’s said the the Taroh nation is fully in support of the aspiration of Dr. Bawa.

While at the Palace of Long Tel H.R.H. Daniel Puntel ii asked the aspirant to trust in God, as they go into the contest, he said as a people, their hands are full.
