Victims of the Tuesday 28th August overnight attack on COCIN LCC Abonong have been given mass burial. The burial which took place in the community happened amidst tears and wailing, seeing as the Reverend of the church (including his wife & 3 children) and 2 others were brutally murdered.

At the time of filing this report, relative calm had returned to the community but several individuals expressed fears at the escalation of the troubles. They appealed to the Government to come to their aid.
