Pictures: Gov. Lalong visits orphans in Plateau, offers deep words of encouragement

Governor Simon Lalong of Plateau State today Tuesday 9th January 2017 embarked on visitation to two orphanage homes in Plateau state:

  • the Plateau State Orphanage Home along Zaria Road and
  • Zambiri/Nentapmwa Outreach Child Care Centre (owned by Mrs Gloria Kwashi – wife of the Anglican Arch-Bishop of Jos, Rev Bejamin Kwashi).

At the homes, the governor warmly and heartily interacted with orphans and staff.

Paying tribute to their resilience, he encouraged them to always have faith in humanity and God, saying trials of life only last for a moment –but that Joy comes in the morning.

At the different orphanage homes, the proprietors thank him for his charitable and benevolent heart  and prayed that God blesses him abundantly.
