Evangelist Ezekiel Dachomo of the Church of Christ has taken revival to families ravaged by attacks in Rim and Bangai villages of Bachit district in Barkin Ladi LGA.

Meeting face-to-face with widows and orphans from the recent attacks of January 2018, the evangelist was overwhelmed with emotion as he saw the desperate condition they are in. In one of the villages, he met nine widows from the recent attack –some bearing children as young as 1.5 years old.

Sharing the gospel of Christ with them, he encouraged them to preserve in the midst of the persecution and killings -saying “those who wait on the Lord, shall renew their strength”.

Taking a tour of the villages, he saw the level of devastation, grief and ruins that the marauders left behind. He also visited the various mass graves where numerous batches of the dead were buried because of the numerous attacks.
