PDP PRIMARIES: Hon. Pwajok Stephen Gyang Emerges victorious in Barkin Ladi

In a resounding display of unity and solidarity, Hon. Pwajok Stephen Gyang has emerged as the Chairmanship Candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Barkin Ladi Local Government, Plateau State.

The primary election, held at the PDP Office in Barkin Ladi, saw Hon. Gyang secure all 60 delegate votes, cementing his position as the party’s flagbearer for the forthcoming elections.

The election, which was marked by a remarkable absence of rancour, demonstrated the PDP’s strength and cohesion in Barkin Ladi. Hon. Gyang’s opponents, Hon. John Mark, Hon. Mrs. Kaneng Gyang Fulani, and Engr. Dalyop Choji, failed to secure any votes, underscoring the overwhelming support for the victorious candidate.

The seamless primary election process was a testament to the collective effort of political appointees and stakeholders, who put aside individual interests to ensure a free, fair, and transparent outcome. This display of unity has reaffirmed Barkin Ladi’s status as a stronghold of the PDP in Plateau State.

Abuja Liaison Director to Governor Caleb Mutfwang, Hon.
