The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) national Secretariat has concluded plans to immortalize the Late Senator Gyang Nyam Pwajok.

Acting National Chairman, Prince Uche Secondus made this disclosure on Monday in Jos, where he described the late Pwajok as a great man full of love and  integrity.

Secondus stated this while on a condolence visit to the family widow of the late senator, at the family compound in Rayfield, Jos.

‪He described the late Senator’s death as a great lost to the PDP family, Plateau State and the Nation at Large and encouraged the family to accept the death as the will of God. Speaking, he said “we all came from God and we shall all return to God”.

The National Chairman who was represented by the National Treasury secretary of the Party Alhaji Buhari Bawa said the late Pwajok was a great pillar of the PDP who was a stuanch party supporter..

”The Late Senator GNS Pwajok who happens to be our humble and amiable gubernatorial Candidate during the April elections was a great pillar of the PDP and we are going to immortalise him, even if the Plateau State Government will not do it. The PDP National Secretariat and the entire PDP family will do it because he was a great pillar and he must be immortalized”.

According to him the lost has greatly affected the PDP family because he was man of integrity and Prayed that God will provide a person with the heart of Pwajok who will take over the mantle of leadership for the state in the coming generations.

While Speaking on behalf the family Mr Chuwang Dung appreciated the PDP for  showing  love to the family, he said Pwajok was man of humility who worked tireless to ensure that there was Unity amongst youths in the state, he described the loss as a negative, not only to the family, State, but the entire Nation.

‪”we cannot question God, but we give thanks to him for everything that has happened”.

In the same vein, hundreds of Youths in Plateau State have called on Plateau State and Federal Government to immortalise the late Senator Pwajok  because he was a great Plateau pillar.

Convener of Plateau youth G17 peace and progressive Forum Mr. Dachung Bagos while speaking on behalf of the youths during the night of tribute in honour of the lawmaker said he was a hero to the youths on the plateau and Nigeria at large and needed to be recognized.

Meanwhile the Executive chairman of Bassa Local Government Hon. David Racha who led a delegation of elders and party officials to the family of the late Senator has also describe him as great leader who left a legacy which will be difficult to forget. He said the lawmaker didn’t only lead well, but had a humble personality worthy of emulation.
