Pan Sociocultural Organization get new National Exercutives

The sociocultural organization of the Pan speaking natives in Nigeria and the diaspora known as Pan Development Association (PDA) has elected it’s new set of National Exercutives to chat a new front for the people within and outside the country.

The 2021 National election which was held at the NUT Confrence Hall Doemak in Qua’an Pan Local Government Area of Plateau State at weekend broad together over 1000 delegates across the country with only 703 accredited voters who participated in the exercise.

The election had Mr. Naankang Garba emerged as the new National President of the organization with 381 votes defeating his contender Mr. Sylvanus Datong who pulled 101 votes. Meanwhile the office of the Vice President had Mr. Naanchin Paul who pulled a total of 243 votes and was declared Vice President I, while Mrs. Esther Dabagal who scored 206 votes was declared Vice President II respectively .

The office of the National Secretary had Mr. Samuel Laguma who pulled a total of 359 votes to emerged winner against Mr. Gabriel Muduutdai who got a total of 120 votes.

Meanwhile the office of the Financial Secretary of the organization also had Mr. Titus Dakup from Abuja pulling a total of 312 votes to defeat his contender Mr. Elias Damuan who scored 154 votes from the contest.

Inline with the guidelines of the election, on-opposed offices also had votes casted to authenticate their acceptance by the delegates to servwd their people. Amongst are the office of National Treasurer with Mrs. Linda Dawam pulling 477 votes, the Publicity Secretary had Mr. Joseph Dasugun who got 435 votes, meanwhile that of the Legal Adviser had Barr. Philip Dashak pulling a total of 405 votes.

The office of the Internal-Auditor I had Mr. Enkat Longkwang with 397 votes while Mr. Damuan Longjan, Auditor II also pulled 397 respectively.

The following officers Hon. Morris Dadick and Mr. Longyil Thomas
were elected as Ex-Officio of the body with 391 votes respectively out of the total valid votes of 491 cast at the national election, 212 votes wete recorded as invalid from the daylong exercise.

The election which was conducted under a peaceful atmosphere had the presence of Executive Chairman of Qua’an Pan Local Government Area Hon. Ernest Da’a through the Secretary of the Council Hon. Godinaan Dashe as well as various security agencies towards ensuring that the national exercise is hitch free of any rancho.
