Declaring the programme open on Tuesday, Ochekpe said it will target the deprived people of the community who really need health care services but could not afford it. She said “If you help someone to get healing, he/she will be useful not just to him/herself but to the family and society at large. You need to encourage the people to be in good health so that they will help themselves and better the society”.
