Plateau State Governor, Da Jonah Jang has guaranteed the safety of National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) members in the state. He was speaking during the swearing in ceremony of the batch B members posted to the state.

The Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Youths Development, Mrs Dorcas Din represented the Governor at the NYSC permanent orientation camp in Jakatai, Mangu Local Government Area. She called on the over 3,000 corps member to be dedicated, law abiding and follow instructions given to them by the NYSC officials.

The State Coordinator of NYSC in Plateau, Mrs Lois Meller assured parents of the corps members that their children were in safe hands and so should not panic as all was being done for a safe service year.
