Naanmet Amos Tang’an bags award for outstanding performance at Hammersmith & Fulham College

Na’anmetjir Amos Tang’an was on Thursday 17th November, awarded a prestigious academic award at Hammersmith and Fulham college, West London for outstanding performance in business and finance.

Na’anmetjir who enrolled in the college a couple of years ago, consistently surpassed expectation by being a top performer in her business and finance courses and therefore was nominated for the award by her tutors – Sonia McDonald and Kulbir Sehgal.

Through sheer hard work and determination, she was also able to secure an internship position in the HR department of a top city of London firm – giving her the requisite on-the-job experience required for functioning in a high-powered environment.

Presenting the key note address at the ceremony, the Honourable Member of Parliament (MP) for Hammersmith & Fulham, Andy Slaughter commended the leadership of the college for maintaining high standards and for offering courses which serve industries in West London.

The award ceremony held at the conference/exhibition centre – the London Olympia at 7pm, on Thursday 9th November.
