Over the weekend at Lankan, the haedquaters of Mupun cheifdom ,the constitution review committee set up by the National body of Mupun Youth Movement presented the draft copy of the constitution to the congress for adoption at the Mupun community hall in Lankan.

The chairman of the committee Barr Mweldi Kang’ar Dapus presented the constitution section by section on behave of members of the committee.

The constitution was finally adopted by the Congress after a number of suggestions and voting on certain sections of the constitution where members of the Congress have divergent views.

After the adoption of the constitution, an electoral committee was set up to conduct elections in to the various offices of the Association.
