Governor Simon Bako Lalong of Plateau State, has received commendation over 50% slash on land titles in Plateau State.

Revealing the cheering news, the Honourable Commissioner for Lands, Survey and Town Planning, Barr. Festus V. Fuanter, said Corporate Organizations, Citizens and individuals in Plateau State have started enjoying the benefits of the recent 50% reduction on ground rents and other related charges on Land transactions in the state.

While commending the management of PW Nigeria Limited for clearing all the bag-log of their accumulated ground rents and other related charges on land transactions amounting to over N4million.

Corporate Organizations, Citizens and individuals in Plateau State have started enjoying the benefits of the recent 50% reduction on ground rents and other related charges on Land transactions in the state.

The Commissioner while commending PW Nigeria Limited also called on all Corporate Organizations, individuals to emulate PW and come forward to take advantage of the 50% reduction on ground rents and other charges on land transactions in Plateau State.

It will be recalled that the Executive Governor of Plateau State,  Barr. Simon Bako Lalong, recently granted a 50% reduction on land transactions.

The Commissioner stated that a taskforce would soon be inaugurated with a view to contacting all Corporate Organizations and individuals to pay their ground rents and other charges.
