To man the helm of affairs of all 17 local government councils in Plateau state, following the sacking of Local Government management committees, Governor Simon Bako Lalong has reported sent the list of chairmen and secretaries to the Plateau State House of Assembly (PLHA) in a formal communication, ViewPointNigeria understands.

Intimating members on the floor of the house of assembly today, the speaker, Rt. Hon Peter Azi told members that the current list was simply supplementary and that the governor will forward the full composition of the councils in due course.

Reading out the list on the floor today, Peter Azi confirmed the following appointees:

1.  Barkin Ladi: Chairman – Dickson Y. Chollom, Secretary -Captain R. Dusu
2. Bassa: Chairlady – Mrs. Sarah, Secretary – John Tanko
3. Bokkos: Chairman – Simon A Secretary – Silvanus  Ayuba
4. Jos East : Chairman – Dauda A. Barde, Secretary – Monday Y. Ajiya
5. Jos North: Chairman – Philip Y. Izang, Secretary – Hassan E. Saleh .
6. Jos South: Chairman – Dung Gideon Davou, Secretary – Dalyop P. John
7. Kanam: Chairman – Hamisu G. Bale, Secretary – Daniel Gungun
8. Langtang North: Chairman – Brain B. Dade, Secretary – Barr. Z. Britus
9. Mangu: Chairman – Haruna Danjuma, Secretary – S. Yerimiya
10. Pankshin: Chairlady – Mrs. Naomi G, Secretary – Pastor David Dabit among others.
