Earlier today PDP stakeholders in Jos South deliberate on vital issues that concern the growth and development of Jos south LGA, among which are the soon coming local government elections and continuous voters registration.

The meeting was hosted and chaired by Rep. Dachung Bagos, member representing Jos South/ Jos East Federal constituency together with Hon. Fom Dalyop Gwottson, member PLSHA representing Jos South Constituency.

The stakeholders reaffirmed that the coast is clear and Jos South is ready and well prepared for the forth coming LG elections in October 2021.

A firm resolve was made to resist any attempt to further shortchange the people of Jos South by denying them the right to exercise their civil responsibility of electing their Local Government chairman through free and fair elections.

Unanimously, a vote of confidence was passed on the Plateau state PDP Caretaker committee appointed by the NWC.

Together they deliberated and agreed to work as a force and take actionable steps in order to further strengthen the unity of the party.

Rep. Dachung Bagos call for unity amongst party faithful towards ensuring a successful local government elections, Hon. Fom Dalyop Gwottson made a call for sincerity, truthfulness and cautioned against misleading leaders with information that result to unnecessary conflicts within the party.

In attendance were Hon. Emmanuel Dung Solomon (Gibok), PDP flag bearer Jos South, Da Choji Zang, Chairman Jos South PDP Elders Forum, District Stakeholders Chairmen, Former House of Assembly members, former Local Government Chairmen, former councilors among other esteemed PDP stakeholders.
