The Plateau State Honourable Commissioner, Federal Character Commission, Mr Stephen Abednego Jings has congratulated Sir Joseph Ntung Ari over his well deserved reappointment as Director General/Chief Executive Officer of the Industrial Training Fund,ITF.
A statement released and signed by Jings described the reapportionment of Joseph Ari as reward for commitment, service,humility creativity and loyalty knowing the myriads of challenges facing such an institution in these times.
He said the first four years saw an uncommon transformation of ITF to world class standard touching the nooks and cranies of the entire country,bringing greater opportunities for trainings and partnerships from within and outside the country which has shown a steady rise in number of entrepreneurs of repute as well as provided several job opportunities to the citizenry.
The Honourable Commissioner said the next four years of Joseph Ari at the helm of affairs of the ITF will so much change the face of a nation deserving a shift from white collar to business minded and class of entrepreneurs that will stand the test of time in the country.
Meanwhile, the Honourable Commissioner,FCC.Mr Stephen Jings has also felicitated with another worthy son of Plateau State,Barr Amos Isaac Azi on his appointment as The Chairman/Chief Executive Officer Of The Investments And Securities Tribunal also by President Muhammadu Buhari.
The statement quotes Jings as saying the appointment of Barr Azi is no doubt right considering his track records and experience in his years of service at the Securities and Exchange Commission that has seen him traveled far and wide and also held several positions of very high responsibility in that field.
Heading the Investments and Securities Tribunal according to the statement will not come as an easy task but plateau people are very optimistic that the right this has been done in the choice of Barr Azi.
Jings thanked Governor Simon Lalong for facilitating such appointments for the good of Plateau State, and thanked President Muhammadu Buhari for consenting to it,which shows love to the state.
He added that the Federal Character Commission in Plateau state will set up machineries of close collaboration with the ITF and IST to explore better ways of partnership for the state and that will be pursued within the shortest time and wished them well in their various places of service.
