Jonah Jang, has assured the electorate that the President will defeat the APC candidate (Gen. Muhammadu Buhari) to clinch the Presidential ticket, adding that Plateau state would vote massively for the PDP in the presidential and governorship elections.

Even with the challenges which appear insurmountable for President Goodluck Jonathan ahead of the forthcoming general election, the Governor of Plateau State, Da. Jonah Jang, has assured the electorate that the President will defeat the APC candidate (Gen. Muhammadu Buhari) to clinch the Presidential ticket, adding that Plateau state would vote massively for the PDP in the presidential and governorship elections.

Jang stated this on Sunday 11th January 2015, at a reception ceremony held at the new Government House, Little Rayfield, Jos, for the PDP governorship candidate Senator GNS Pwajok, on his return to the state from Lagos, where he was presented with the party’s flag.
In his submission, Jang said that “Plateau has always been a PDP state and the people on the Plateau will continue to stand by this party. PDP will form the next Federal Government in Nigeria, it will also win the governorship election in Plateau in 2015. We shall do this not by our might but by the grace of God and with clean minds”.

“We shall work hard to ensure that we cover the length and breath of the state in order to ensure victory, both at the presidential and state levels. We are confident, that with God on our side, this will not be a problem”.
