In view of the fast approaching Plateau state Local Government Chairmanship elections and the registrations of 5 new political parties yesterday by INEC including the Action Democratic Party ADP, a key aspirant for the position of chairman, Langtang North Local Government Mr. Daniel Kura who is contesting under the platform of the Action Democratic Party ADP stated to ViewPointNigeria the rationale behind his aspiration in a chat ”Well, i will like to start by saying first and famous I’m out to give the people of Langtang North Local Government Council Leadership, when i say Leadership i mean Leadership that God is interested.

The masses have suffered a lot and they are looking for a saviour, someone who will be ready to do away with greed to deliver them from the hands of desperate politicians who are out only to enrich themselves and their immediate family.

As a Young and vibrant Youth, i want the people of Langtang North Local Government to hold me by my word, that LG under my watch most be reference LG centre when it comes to the issue of infrastructural development, Youths/Women total empowerment.

I also want the people to know that as a youth, i have a long way to go, by so doing if I fail them i have a very long way to go regretting my life just as many have been flushed out of the political system due to their greed. They should also expect politics of principles, politics of honesty, rule of law and the fear of God.”
