As part of his services to humanity, the Hon. Minister of Youth and sports development Mr. Solomon Dalung has sponsored the release and immediate economic empowerment of 36 prison inmates in Jos prisons. The news was made known to ViewpointNigeria through the Secretary of Solomon Dalung Foundation Comrade Timkat Peter. ViewPointNigeria further gathered that the gesture was borne out of a selfless effort by the Minister to liberate the youths from unhealthy ventures and put them on course to achieve their dreams. It would be recalled that the Hon. Minister celebrated his birthday recently with prison inmates and promised to secure their futures and give them a better means of livelihood.
