Amidst cheers and jubilation, the front line aspirant for the position of the chairmanship of Pankshin LGC, Hon. Yokden Gideon Rotshak in solidarity stormed Abwor-Dyis to felicitate and celebrate with them on the occasion of the fund raising for the reconstruction of the community hall which collapsed some years back.

The magnetic, courageous and full of energy aspirant appreciated the organizers of the event and the leadership of the Abwor-Dyis development association for inviting him and termed the opportunity as a rare privilege. He further used the opportunity to describe his deepest love for the Mupun nation as unending. He added that anything that affects the Mupun nation affects him directly and stressed that he remains committed to the Mupun nation. (Recall that the chairmanship hopeful attended the Silver Jubilee of RCC Jing a week ago).

Rotshak described the program as timely and crucial given the importance of the ‘to be reconstructed’ hall to the Abwor-Dyis development association, Mupun nation, Pankshin LGC and Plateau state at large. He used the opportunity to call on all present to give wholeheartedly for the realization of the targeted amount.

The chairmanship hopeful donated 30,000 naira in support of the project and jokingly promised to commission the hall by October when he assumes office as chairman of Pankshin LGC.

Highlights of the event was the exchange of pleasantries with highly placed personalities from all works of life.
